The Community Housing Coalition of WA is the State peak representative and service body for the organisations providing non-government community housing in WA. Currently around 255 organisations deliver about 4,000 accommodation units to almost 10,000 people.Our role

• To represent the interests of Local Government and non-government community housing providers.
• To promote the increasing need for more Local Government and non-government community housing
• To ensure housing providers are equipped with and conversant with adequate guidelines for effective property management of community housing.
• To highlight community housing needs not being met.
